The 23rd edition of GLSVLSI will be held in
Paris, France, on May 2-3,
2013. Original, unpublished papers,
describing research in the general area of VLSI are solicited.
Both theoretical and experimental research results are welcome.
Proceedings will be published electronically and will be
accessed by ACM Digital library.
ACM Europe is organizing an event similar to the Federated
Computing Research Conference (FCRC) that is held in the US
every four years. The goal of the ACM European Computing
Research Congress (ACM
ECRC) is to co–locate multiple (ACM) European research
conferences, workshops, and/or research meetings to create a
significant gathering of European computing researchers. The ACM
ECRC general plenary sessions address important issues in
European computing research. The general receptions will foster
an enhanced level of networking among European researchers, a
tangible contribution of ACM Europe to the computing community.
ACM ECRC is being built around SIGCHI's 2013 CHI conference that
will be held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
begins Saturday, April 27, 2013 and runs through Thursday, May

SPECIAL ISSUE JOURNAL:
After the conference, a selection of papers will be
invited for publication in a Special Issue of
Integration, the VLSI Journal.
Due to several requests, the paper submission
deadline has been extended until December 22nd.
Authors must register an abstract by the 22nd,
and will have until December 28th to upload the
final version of their paper.
